For Health Care Professionals and the Mindfulness Community

mindful-livingWHEN: November 1 - 3, 2019 at Commonweal Retreat Center.

This retreat is designed for Health Professionals but suitable for anyone interested in the therapeutic effects of mindfulness.

Mindfulness meditation is a way to quiet and calm the mind by paying attention to your moment-to-moment experience. This type of practice helps to develop crucial skills to avoid emotional and physical depletion and to maintain a sense of personal balance. These skills are central to the healer's art and vital to professional health and longevity.

This retreat will be an experiential, direct, hands-on program and involve personal engagement in guided and silent meditation, mindful movement practice, didactic instruction and group discussions.
