Mindful Movement Programs
The Mindful Qigong and Mindful Yoga programs are applicable for most medical conditions since they use a gentle orientation. They are geared for those who are new to mindfulness, qigong and yoga as well as those who want to deepen their practice. Participants experience increasing flexibiity, relaxation, and the joy of living in the present moment.
Participants learn a variety of methods for identifying and releasing stress. Group discussions open various perspectives on moving toward a greater sense of well being. Participants who take these programs report a deep sense of relaxation, an increased awareness of their bodies and minds during the course of the week, and enjoy a weekly time to be still and explore their own inner experience.
